محهممهد سادق شهڕهفكهندی ناسراو به دوكتور سهعید ڕۆژی11/1/1938 له بنهماڵهیهكی نیشتمانپهروهردا له گوندی تهرهغهی بۆكان له دایك بوو. ههر له تهمهنی منداڵی دا باوكی له دهست داو سهرپهرستی یهكهی كهوته سهر شانی براگهورهكهی، شاعیری گهورهی كوردستان مامۆستا ههژار. پۆلی یهك ودووی سهرهتایی له شاری بۆكان خوێندوو پاشان كه بنهماڵهكهی له مههاباد گیرساوه و خوێندنی سهرتایی و ناوهندی له مههاباد و ساڵی ئاخری دهبیرستانی له شاری تهورێز تهواو كرد.
ساڵی1959له دانیشسهرای عالی تاران لیسانسی شیمی وهرگرت، ههر لهو ساڵهدا بوو به مامۆستای دهرسی شیمی و ههتا ساڵی1965له شارهكانی ورمێ و مههاباد دا به ئهركی مامۆستایهتییهوه خهریك بوو. سهرنجام بهكرێگیراوانی رێژیمی حهمهڕهزاشا ئهو خزمهتهیان له كوردستان پێ ڕهوا نهدی و له گهڵ ژومارهیهكمامۆستای دیكه دووریان خستنهوه بۆ ئهراك و كهرهج و چهند شاری دیكه.
تێكۆشهر كاك دوكتور سهعید ساڵی1970 نهقل كرا بۆ زانستگای تهربێتی موعهلیم له تاران و ساڵی1972 به كهڵك وهرگرتن له بورسی وهزارهتی عوڵهم چووه فهرانسه و له ماوهی چوار ساڵدا دوكتورای شیمی ئانالتیك له زانستگای ژوماره 6ی پاریس وهرگرت.
سالی1976گهراوه تاران وهك مامۆستای زانستگای تهربیهتی موعهلیم درێژهی به ئهركی پیرۆزی مامۆستایهتی دا.ساڵی1973كاتێك له پاریس دهی خوێند له رێگای مامۆستای مهزن دوكتور قاسملوی رێبهرمانهوه له گهڵ بهرنامهوپێرهوی نێو خۆی حیزبی دێمۆكرات ئاشنا بوو و داوای ئهندامهتی حیزبی كرد. پاش گهڕانهوه بۆ تاران بوو به ڕابیتی نێوان كاك دوكتور قاسملو و ئهندامانی كۆنی رێبهرایهتی حیزب. پاش ڕووخانی ڕێژیمی پاشایهتی و دهست پێكرنهوهی تێكۆشانی ئاشكرای حیزب ساڵی1979بوو به موشاویری كۆمیتهی ناوهندی و ساڵـــــی1980 له كۆنگرهی چوارهمی حیزبدا به ئهندامی كۆمیتهی ناوهندی ههڵبژێراو بهرپرسایهتی كۆمیتهی حیزبی له تارانی پێ ئهسپێردرا.
هاورێ دوكتور سهعید هاوینی 1980له لایهن دهفتهری سیاسی حیزبهوه بوو كاری تهواو وهخت بانگ كراوه كوردستان. له پلینۆمی كۆمیتهی ناوهندی له هاوینی1980دا به ئهندامی دهفتهری سیاسی ههڵبژێرا. له كۆنگرهكانی5و6و7و8و9دا ههموو جاره به ئهندامی دهفتهری سیاسی ههڵبژێردراوه.
له ساڵی 1986ڕا ههتا كاتی شههید بوونی مامۆستای گهورهمان دوكتور قاسملوی نهمر ئهركی جێگری سكرتێری گشتی حیزبی به ئهستۆوه بوو. له یهكهم پلینێۆمی دوای شههید بوونی كاك دوكتور قاسملودا بوو به سكرتێری گشتی حیزب.
